I went for my first yoga session with “Yoga with Tash” this morning. First of all the venue was absolutely beautiful. Very tranquil and perfect for yoga classes. This was my first experience of yoga and I must say it was really good.
Having had a few Pilates classes previously I found yoga to be much more my style. Tash takes you through the class at a pace that is easily managed for a beginner and I was very comfortable throughout the session. She made sure to let others with more experience know how they could extend the moves if they felt comfortable to do so. Overall Tash gave a wonderfully relaxing yoga class. I highly recommend her.
