Hello, I’m Tash,

I’ve been a dedicated yoga student of over 20 years and became a Yoga Teacher so I can share the wonderful benefits of this transformative ancient practice.

My yoga classes blend Hatha and Vinyasa flow, focusing on smooth transitions between asanas, creating a seamless connection between movement and breath. This practice allows you to deepen your journey, fostering a stronger mind-body connection.

I am also qualified and registered to teach yin yoga, kids yoga and meditation and mindfulness. Proud to be a forever student of yoga and all it’s wonderful teachings.
