Client Declaration

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that:

- You have read and understood the contraindications listed above.

- You do not currently have any condition or circumstance that would make massage unsuitable for you.

- You have disclosed any relevant medical condition, injury, medication, pregnancy, recent surgery or other health concern that may affect your suitability for treatment.

Your Treatment

Your treatment will be tailored to your individual needs and preferences.

You can request changes to the pressure, positioning or areas being treated at any time, and you may ask for the treatment to stop at any point.

You should inform your therapist immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, nausea, discomfort or anything that does not feel right during your treatment.

Appropriate draping with towels will be used throughout the treatment, with only the area being worked on uncovered.

Payment & Booking

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that plans can change, and I will always do my best to accommodate you.

My cancellation policy is:

- Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the original appointment time, subject to availability.

- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

- Non-attendance: If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the booking payment will be non-refundable.

In exceptional circumstances, I may use my discretion to offer an alternative appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened so that the next client's appointment can begin on time. The full treatment price will still apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting me, your appointment may be treated as a non-attendance and the booking payment will be non-refundable.

Therapist's Right to Decline Treatment

For your safety, I reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if:

- I believe massage is not suitable for you on the day.

- You have developed a condition or illness that may make treatment unsafe.

- You have not disclosed relevant medical information.

- You arrive with a fever, contagious illness, infection or other condition that could pose a risk to you or others.

- You appear to be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

Where appropriate, I may recommend that you seek medical advice before receiving treatment.

Privacy

Any personal and health information provided in connection with your booking will be treated confidentially and used only where necessary to assess your suitability for treatment, provide safe and appropriate care, manage your appointment and maintain appropriate treatment records.
